Ich hatte mich im Sommer mal ziemlich darüber geärgert als ich nicht auf einen Auftritt von Dauwd konnte. Damals war die erste Platte Could it be/Shimmer vom jungen Produzenten aus Wales ziemlich angesagt.
Nun, einige Monate später, steht mit Whats There die nächste EP auf Picture Music an, wo Dauwd wieder in die elektronische Trickkiste greift: I have collected quite a large archive of sound, from sampling, recording and rummaging through the net. Mostly the samples I use are fairly random, I will audition all kinds of things; if it sounds right it stays, otherwise it goes.
